About

Karan Sukhija, Founder and Principal, Delta Multiples

I'm Karan Sukhija. I started Delta Multiples in 2026 after close to 15 years in corporate strategy, transformation and value creation.

For the last four years I was at CSA Group, a global standards, testing and certification organization. My title was Vice-President, Strategic Development, but the role in practice covered strategy, transformation and value creation across the enterprise.

The work there covered where the business should grow and how capital got allocated to get there:

  • I designed the investment governance the executive team used to decide which initiatives got funded, with a monthly review to hold them to plan.
  • I led the operating model that matched lab capacity to demand. It produced the case for new US labs and for consolidating facilities that were underused.
  • I built growth strategies for new verticals, including data centres, energy and medical robotics.
  • I took a multi-year growth strategy across five Asia-Pacific markets through to board approval.

Most of that happened during a restructuring and a major capital deployment cycle, which is when those decisions carry the most weight.

Before CSA, I was in corporate strategy at Celestica. I worked on growth strategy for its divisions and on acquisitions from both sides, from building the investment case before a deal to integration after close. Before that I was at Strategy& (PwC Canada), advising executives and investors on growth, market entry and acquisition decisions.

I hold a master's degree in engineering from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from Smith School of Business, Queen's University. That grounding is a big part of why clients in technically complex, heavily regulated industries are comfortable bringing me their hardest questions.

Why independent

The work I found most valuable sat between the plan and the floor. Large firms tend to staff that part last, and in-house you only ever see one business. Working independently, I can do it for the funds, business units and owners who need it, without the overhead.

Why the name

The delta is the distance between where a business is today and where it could be. Closing it takes a plan the organization can actually execute. Multiples are what that execution is worth, in the value of the business.
